Am I at risk if I make a No Win No Fee claim?
When you make a personal injury claim, our solicitors will do all they can to make sure you are not put at risk. As well as agreeing a No Win No Fee arrangement, all other expenses - like paying a doctor for a medical report - will be covered.
On top of this, our solicitors will take out a special insurance cover for your claim. This means that if you loose your case, the insurance would cover all costs. You wouldn't have to pay a penny to the other side or to your solicitor.
