Understanding no win no fee
What does no win no fee really mean?No win no fee means that if you don't win any compensation, you don't pay your solicitor a fee.
If you do win your case, you should still receive
100% compensation. Your solicitor's fee and any other costs will be paid by the other side. So you pay nothing.
In the unlikely event that you are required to pay some costs (are not eligible for a no win no fee agreement), your solicitor will explain this clearly to you before you start your claim.
