The amount of compensation you receive is worked out in two parts:
Part one: The compensation you receive for your injuries is assessed by referring to similar cases. For example, if you have suffered a back injury your compensation is awarded based on what other people with the same injury have been awarded.
Part two: The compensation you receive for your financial losses - for example lost earnings - is based on whatever your solicitor can prove, within legal guidelines, you have lost as a result of your accident. If you win your No Win No Fee claim you should expect to get 100% of your compensation.
In the unusual event that there is a need for any deduction, this will have been explained clearly to you by your solicitor before starting your claim. We want all accident victims using our service to be thoroughly satisfied and to recommend us to others.
We do not want you disappointed by unexpected deductions from your compensation. So there are no hidden cost and no bad surprises.
